Day 1: Pathankot to McLeodganj
Arrive at Pathankot railway station and take a taxi or bus to McLeodganj (approximately 90 kilometers, 3-4 hours). Check-in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring the vibrant local markets and enjoying the delicious Tibetan cuisine.
Day 2: McLeodganj to Triund
Start your trek from McLeodganj early in the morning. The trek is approximately 9 kilometers and takes about 4-6 hours to complete. Enjoy the gradual ascent through lush forests of oak and rhododendron. Reach the Triund top and set up your camp for the night. Experience the mesmerizing sunset and starry sky.
Day 3: Triund to McLeodganj
Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the mountains. After breakfast, begin your descent back to McLeodganj. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring more of McLeodganj.
Day 4: McLeodganj to Pathankot
Travel back to Pathankot by taxi or bus. Reflect on the beautiful memories of your trek as you head back home or continue your journey to your next destination.
