KLM Baggage Policy

Carry-On Allowance:

• Economy Class: 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (e.g., a purse or briefcase). The carry-on bag should not exceed 55 cm x 25 cm x 35 cm and must weigh no more than 12 kg (26 lbs).
• Business Class: 2 carry-on bags and 1 personal item. The first bag has the same dimensions as in Economy, while the second bag can be slightly smaller. The combined weight of both bags should not exceed 18 kg (40 lbs).

Checked Baggage Allowance:

• Economy Class: 1 piece of baggage up to 23 kg (50.5 lbs) with maximum dimensions of 158 cm (length + width + height).
• Business Class: 2 pieces of baggage, each up to 32 kg (70.5 lbs) with the same maximum dimensions.

Additional Information:

• Excess and Oversized Baggage: Fees apply if your baggage exceeds the permitted allowance. You can save up to 20% on these fees by paying online in advance.
• Sports Equipment: Certain items like surfboards or bicycles may incur additional handling fees due to their size or special requirements.
