Carry-On Baggage

Iberia Airlines allows passengers to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item onboard at no extra charge. However, if you are flying Business Plus Long Haul, you are allowed two carry-on bags and a personal item.

• Economy Class Weight Limit: 10 kg (22 lbs)
• Business Class Weight Limit: 14 kg (35 lbs)
• Personal Item Size: 40 x 30 x 15 cm

Checked Baggage

The number of checked bags allowed depends on your ticket type and destination. The weight allowance per bag is generally 23 kg for economy and 32 kg for business class.

• Standard Bag Dimensions: 158 cm (sum of length, width, and height)
• Economy Class Weight Limit: 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Business Class Weight Limit: 32 kg (70 lbs)

Excess Baggage

If your baggage exceeds the weight or size limits, additional fees may apply. Fees can vary based on the route and the type of excess (weight, size, or additional pieces).

Special Baggage

Iberia allows the transport of special items such as sports equipment, musical instruments, and other large or fragile items, subject to additional fees and conditions. It's recommended to notify the airline in advance.

Liquids in Carry-On

Liquids carried in your hand luggage must be in containers of no more than 100 ml each, and all containers must fit in a 1-liter, resealable, transparent plastic bag.
